Alyson Lee Hannigan

Alyson Lee Hanigan was born 24 March 1974. American actress and host on television she is the daughter of Alyson Lee Hannigan. Her roles include Willow Rosenberg (1997-2003) in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Lily Aldrin (2005-2014), for which she received a People's Choice Award in 2009 and Michelle Flaherty (1999-2012). Hannigan hosts Penn Teller: Fool Us since 2016. Teller The Fright Us began in the year of 2016. Hannigan is also Claire Clancy's voice actor in the TV show Fancy Nancy (2018-2018). Hannigan was born to Emilie (Posner) Haas and Alan Hannigan (a Teamsters worker). Hannigan was Hannigan's sole son. Hannigan's mother is Jewish and her father is Irish. At age four, Hannigan began appearing in commercials. At the age of 11, she relocated to Hollywood with her mother. Her father was an agent for casting in Santa Barbara while she was there. She auditioned. Following high school, she enrolled at California State University Northridge. She was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega fraternity in Northridge and was awarded an undergraduate degree in psychology. Hannigan's first film appearance was in the film My Stepmother Is an Alien in 1988. Seth Green was one of her co-stars and later was her co-star on Buffy. Hannigan made her debut on TV in 1989 when she became an actress in ABC's sitcom Free Spirit. Hannigan was just a teenager at the time she was babysitting the children of Bob Saget, her How I Met Your Mother co-star. Hannigan was then chosen to portray Willow Rosenberg (Buffy Summers' best friend) in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She was honored with the national attention in 1997. She also babysat Bob Saget's kids on the show How I Met Your Mom. Angel had her reprise her role in the role of Willow in several episodes.
