Denise Richards Bio

Denise Richards (born February 17 1971) is an American actress, former fashion model and TV personality. She is best known for her roles as Carmen Ibanez (1997), Kelly Van Ryan (1998), and Bond girl Christmas Jones (1999). Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999), Valentine (2002), Undercover Brother ((2002), Scary Movie 3 (3), Love Actually (2003) and Madea's Witness Protection (2012). Her television roles include Paramount Network's sitcom Blue Mountain State (2010-11) and ABC Family's mystery-thriller show Twisted (2013-14) as well as CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful (2019-present). Richards played a role on the E! Richards starred in the reality series Denise Richards It's Complicated (2008)-09 and Bravo's reality TV series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (2015) from 2019-20. Richards memoir, The Real Girl Next Door was released in the year 2011. It became an New York Times bestseller. Richards was born in Downers Grove, Illinois, to Joni (nee Braden), proprietor of a cafe, and Irv Richards who was a telephone engineer, whose father's surname was Reichert. Her mother passed away from cancer in November 2007. She is of German and French descent. Richards has an older sister named Michelle. She was raised in Downers Grove, Illinois and Mokena (Illinois). When she was a kid, she was the "only girl on the team".
